Dates are distinguished by taste, flavor, texture, color, size and shape. In addition to the well-known Medjool Dates, here are varieties you will find at the farm at harvest time.
Safawi Dates are mid-sized cylindrical shapes with a mix of cherry and black color and are sweet with a hint of coffee flavors.Rutab Dates with a caramel-like taste are large grains with a golden outer crust.
Barhi Dates are yellow and crunchy, the ripe date tastes like caramel and brown sugar.
